One Step Sparring

  1. (21) Step left leg to 45 degree Horse Stance while executing left hand Pressure Block, kneel down while spinning on left knee, right Knife Hand Strike to the kidney area
  2. (22) Step left leg to 4 degree Horse Stance while executing right Knife Hand Block, grab and twist blocked arm, left hand Palm Strike to elbow, spin body to the right, right Elbow Strike to the head
  3. (23) Step left leg to 4 degree Horse Stance while executing right Knife Hand Block, hold blocked arm while right leg Drop Kick (pull partner downward in direction of Drop Kick), left Elbow Strike to base of the skull
  4. (24) Right leg Reverse Crossing Kick, left leg Spin Crossing Kick
  5. (25) Step left leg Front Stance while Jebbi Form Mak-Ki, twist blocked arm and right hand Upward Palm Strike to the locked elbow, followed by a left Elbow Strike to the face (same stance).
